    As a CAD Technician at Ware Malcomb, you will assist the Land Surveying Manager or Survey Project Manager in the preparation of multiple land surveying projects. This position is ideal for a recent graduate seeking to gain exposure to various projects while working under the guidance of experienced professionals

    Your Role
    Assist in creating and provide AutoCAD support on ALTA, boundary, improvement, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, subdivision plats, legal descriptions and exhibits.
    Perform deed research, deed plotting and map checks.
    Review and understand local and state ordinances.
    Support Land Development group when needed.

    Qualifications
    1+ years of experience in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
    Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
    Degree or Certificate in Land Surveying or related field is preferred.
    Demonstrate an advanced understanding of the following technical skills: Surveying procedures and practices, including the preparation of legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, field surveying, and land platting.
    MS Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency.
    Civil construction plan reading and interpretation experience.
